• Finally I got through and they couldn't fix the digital but apparently they notified the delivery people who started delivery and I now consistently receive the paper on Sunday, sometimes not delivered until 11:00, but it finally arrives...

• The municipalities around the Sound have to deal with all this extra trash in the waste stream and pay for it via extra staff time and solid waste costs...

• Wait times can be up to 20 minutes - the call centers in Asia are very busy these days...

• TNT used to have excellent customer service until the changed their phone number prefix to 800 instead of 253...

• There are 5-star aspects to this business: a great staff of reporters, coverage of local news and issues that can't be found anywhere else, delivery to subscribers' front doors early in the morning every day...

• I wish I could give 0, I signed up with a check, specifically so that I wouldn't have an automatic payment come out every month and for ease of cancelling if i decided I didn't like the paper...
